The requirement for 0.75 CFM/square foot of exhaust remains in effect. If you believe that the tire center is more like a parking garage than a repair garage, you may submit an appeal to the building official to allow the implementation of 2-level exhaust with carbon monoxide and nitrogen dioxide sensors along the lines of Section 404.1, IMC 2018.
