As this site is a non-residential use a Development Package (DP) that at a minimum meets the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Site, found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf, will need to be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan. The DP is a separate submittal from the building permit and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using Submission Type “Site Review”. Provide all requirements of the above checklist and clearly shown where the proposed wall is going to located.
