It appears that the fence has been built within the City of Tucson right-of-way. Based on paving plan I-748N the north property line is 9’-0” south of the face of curb. The west property line is 14’-0” east of the face of curb. Face of curb is the point where pavement meets the concrete curb. 2. Provide the height of the fence on the plan. 3. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf.
