T21BU00179 - Fence Permit 1. Show how the fence is consistent with the report from Chris Rod PE of JE Fuller. Mr. Rod or his authorized representative must certify the plans are consistent with his report. 2. Show in specific detail the location of the gate and drainage openings. The plan must show how the gate relates to existing conditions on adjacent properties. 3. Show how the property owners will have access to the outside of the drainage opening to keep them clear from debris. 4. Show any required changes to the ground necessitated by the modifications to the fence. A grading permit or revision to the previous grading permit may be required. 5. The site plan for the pool permit, T19CM06066, shows a fence in close proximity to the pool. This fence must be shown on the plans and provided as the required barrier for the pool. |

A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1). 1. Per Unified Development Code (UDC) Article 6.6.2.I The maximum height of a wall or fence within a perimeter yard shall be six feet; however, the wall or fence may be higher than six feet, but no higher than ten feet, if the requirements of UDC Article 6.6.2.I.1 or .2 are met. Proposed fence height is 8'0" of solid material. As such, a Design Development Option for wall height must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this permit. DDO application and requirements can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/DDO_for_Setback_and_Height_UDC_8.11.20.pdf. The DDO is a separate submittal from the building plans and is submitted at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd-filedrop, using the Submission Type “Zoning Administrator”. 2.
