01/05/2021 HEATHER THRALL SIGNS SIGN CODE REVIEW Completed RE: sign review
For: well site / park
AT: 2525 N Treat Av
Zone: R-2
Case: SE-20-14 / T20SE00014
Reviewer: H. Thrall
Date: 01/05/2021

1) The site does not contain any billboards.

2) The application does not show any proposed signs for the well site or park use.

3) Be advised, it is likely that signs would need to be posted advising for restricted access, etc. for the wells site. In such circumstances:
A) keep all signs under 12 sqft each
B) no illumination is allowed, but reflective material permitted
C) keep the signs on the enclosure fence / gate.
D) no permits are required for incidental signs this size, but must be maintained in good, legible condition

4) Signs for the park should also be limited to incidental size, at no greater than 12 square feet, and non-illuminated so as to match the residential charcter of the surrounding neighborhood.

Contact Heather.Thrall@tucsonaz.gov for additional sign information.

If you have additional signage questions, contact Heather.Thrall@tucsonaz.gov
