Revise drawing to locate hand holes outside of the curb access ramp. 3. Add the following notes to plans. City of Tucson DTM Standard notes 1. Contractor shall maintain site safety and pedestrian access through or around the work site pursuant to MUTCD requirements. For work located on major or collector roadways (>25MPH), pedestrian circulation shall be provided through or around the work site and NOT detoured to the other side of the street. 2. Barricade plan is subject to change as determined by the COT, Department of Transportation and Mobility construction inspector. Plan revisions must be documented. 3. Contractor shall repair all disturbed landscaping. This includes irrigation, plantings, groundcover, and hardscape. Irrigation lines under driveways must be in sleeves. 4. All concrete (sidewalk, curbing, driveways or curb access ramps) damaged or removed shall be replaced as whole or to the nearest joint. 5. Contractor shall practice stormwater good housekeeping measures during construction. 6. Contractor shall notify adjacent residences/businesses of proposed construction activities one week prior to start of construction. 7. A preconstruction meeting shall be held with the COT, Department of Transportation and Mobility construction and electrical Inspectors. |
