3. Street setback is required at 20 ft from the right-of-way line. Clarify on plan submittal.
4. Ensure Design Guidelines are met per PAD-15, Section C.6, pg 107. Review of the development package is required by The Bridges Design Review Committee.
5. Other development standards appear to be met.
