3. Development standards: per FLD standards 50% site coverage, 5.14 units/acre, 25 ft height
4. Proposed use and use-specific standards: Flexible Lot Development, UDC Article 8.7.3
5. Perimeter yard setbacks: interior – per adopted building code, boundary lots – per underlying zoning – R-1 to R-1 would require setbacks of 6 ft or 2/3 wall height
6. Applicable street setbacks: per developing area setbacks, UDC Article 6.4.5.C.2.
7. Parking requirements: 2.25 per housing unit, visitor parking may be provided on street assuming adequate street width is provided
