10/01/2020 | SBEASLE1 | TUCSON WATER NEW AREA DEVELOPMENT | REVIEW | Completed | 130 - 200 pm - T20PRE0124 - 7804 S PARK AV - Minor SubdivPDMR - Membrane Structure Hangar " Currently there is 12" PVC and DIP waterline going directly through the middle of the proposed project. Near the southwest side of the proposed building we have a 6" Fire Hydrant. Within the proposed hangar there is also an existing 3" Fire Service line and two 2" service connections in that area. " 12" waterline will need to be relocated in order to keep the demand needed for the other Fire Hydrants and Fire Services in the area. During the design of the on-site water mains, please plan on all the following: - Locating the on-site water mains in the private streets, which will need to be dedicated as public utility easements by the final plat. - Looping the on-site water mains to the maximum extent practicable, and - Connecting on-site water mains to multiple points in Tucson Water's existing water distribution system.
