COMMENTS:
1. Development must comply with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06 - Development Package.
2. The proposal is for a rezoning to a PAD. As such, development standards outlined in the PAD will be used to review the proposed development at time of development package submittal.
3. Please note, the regulations of existing overlays (such as SCZ and MS&R) will still apply unless expressly modified through the PAD.
