Development must comply with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06 - Development Package. 2. The proposal is to demolish an existing building housing the Medical Marijuana Dispensary and rebuild a new building and site improvements. Medical Marijuana Dispensary is a permitted use in the C-2 zone, subject to use-specific standards 4.9.9.E.1. A complete review of all use-specific standards (locational requirements, etc.) will be conducted with submittal of the Medical Marijuana Location Application. 3. The concept site plan appears to meet development standards for height, setbacks, parking, etc. Please note, the on-site trash collection will need to be pedestrian and ADA accessible. 4. The submitted development package will need to illustrate a phasing plan in regards to the demolition of the existing building and the construction of parking in its place. 5.
