COMMENTS:
1. Development must comply with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06 - Development Package.
2. The proposal for a food service use in a C-2 zone is permitted, subject to use-specific standards 4.9.4.M.1 and 4.9.13.P.
3. Development standards such as setbacks and parking appear to be met.
4. Pedestrian access (sidewalk, crosswalk) is required from each street with frontage.
5. An ADA accessible route is required to the trash enclosure.
6. Please note, this site is in the Grant Rd. Urban Overlay District. This optional overlay offers relief from some development standards, if needed. Please contact Daniel.Bursuck@tucsonaz.gov if you are interested in the overlay.

The number of water service lines, water meters, and meter sizes, necessary to serve this development.

Potential points of connection to Tucson Water’s existing water distribution system. The advantages and disadvantages of installing the necessary water meters via Tucson Water’s Job Order Contract (JOC) process.
