COMMENTS:
1. Development must comply with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06 - Development Package.
2. The proposal is for the complete removal of an existing food service use. The new building will be considered a food and beverage sales use. This is permitted in the C-2 zone.
3. Development standards such as height, setbacks and parking appear to be met with this proposal.
4. Please note, as this site is part of a larger site, the submitted development package should include a reference sheet including all buildings on the entire (larger site). All other sheets in the development package may simply reference this (smaller) site.
5. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.
