During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards. 7. UPDATED: Upon further review, this site is subject to rezoning case C15-88-01 which references a County rezoning case Co9-82-106. This site is subject to a 39 ft building height limit and a required 50 ft industrial buffer. It is unclear from the documents where the buffer was required.
