Review RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permit Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and does not recommend approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to resubmittal. Please include a response letter addressing the following comments. 1. Add the plan number "I-2020-022" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Add PIA activity number "T20PI00024" on coversheet. 3. Add the subdivision Case number and development plan number on coversheet. 4. Sheet 1 Add signatory titles as shown in the current DTM Engineering plan template. The current DTM plan template can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/transportation/Engineering_Plan_Templates_Dec_2019.pdf 5. Sheets 3: Provide a concrete header and post barricades at end of pavement phasing on Stone Bluff Street and Linderbrook Drive. 6. Sheet 4: Depict and provide details for the basin maintenance access to Common Area B and proposed barricade railing along basin. 7. Sheets 4 and 6: Provide vertical to wedge curb transitions at catch basins. 8. Sheets 4 & 6: Call out catch basin and provide details, standard detail number and type, number of grates and grate type. The City of Tucson, Department of Transportation and Mobility does not consider EF-1 or EF-2 grates bicycle safe and typically does not allow them placed parallel to a curb line. Provide an alternative catch basin or bicycle safe grates. 9. Sheets 8: Detail I & G, indicate pipe class for proposed reinforced concrete pipe. 10. Sheet 8: Provide complete details for proposed headwalls for culvert crossing Stone Bluff Street. 11. Sheet 9: The City of Tucson, Department of Transportation and Mobility does not consider EF-1 or EF-2 grates bike safe and typically does not allow them placed parallel to a curb line. Provide an alternative catch basin or bicycle safe grates. 12. Sheets 3 through 7: Depict sewer lines and manholes improvements on the plan view. 13.
