Review RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permit Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and does not recommend approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to resubmittal. Please include a response letter addressing the following comments and return redlined drawings with subsequent submittal. 1. Add the plan number “I-2020-015” in the title block of each sheet. 2. Add PIA activity number “T20PI00015” on coversheet. 3. Add Development Plan number on coversheet. 4. Add subdivision plat number on cover sheet. 5. Label and provide details for proposed curb transitions. 6. Label all curb BC’s and EC's with stationing, offsets and elevations. 7. Sheet 2: Revise note 3 to indicate that AC will conform to PAG's Replacement Specification for Section 406 Asphaltic Concrete, dated December 12, 2019. The surface layer shall be a PG 76-22TR+. 8. Sheet 9: “Alternate Sidewalk Location” detail This detail should be revised to provide a 2' buffer between the curb and sidewalk.
