Review RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permit Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and does not recommend approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to resubmittal. Please include a response letter addressing the following comments and return redlined drawings with subsequent submittal. 1. Add the plan number "U-2020-010" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Add PIA activity number "T20PI00012" on coversheet. 3. Add Development Plan number on coversheet. 4. Sheet 2: Revise drawing to relocate bus pad west, from out in front the existing light pole. 5. Sheet 2: Revise drawing to indicate the final surface treatment of the area between the curb and sidewalk. 6. Sheet 3: Revise drawing to depict the sidewalk scuppers extending through curb, per SD 205. 7. Sheet 3: Provide a cross section of Rosemont Ave. 8. Sheet 3: Revise drawing to indicate the placement of a curb terminal section at Sta. 22+74.99, 23.83 LT. 9. Sheet 3: Revise drawing to indicate that the existing grade at the termination of the sidewalk will be adjusted to meet the top of new sidewalk.
