SUBJECT: Offsite Improvements Plan for Corbett Village

PROJECT REVIEWER: Richard Leigh, TDOT, TDOT Eng. Review

RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permit Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and does not recommend approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to resubmittal. Please include a response letter addressing the following comments and return redlined drawings with subsequent submittal.

1. Add the plan number "I-2020-012" in the title block of each sheet.

2. Add PIA activity number "T20PI00011" to cover sheet.

3. Add subdivision number to coversheet.

4. Sheet 3: The future 76' right-of-way for 29th Street needs to be divided equally between the existing roadway centerline. The future right-of-way should be depicted 38' north of the centerline of 29th Street.

5. Sheet 3: Provide a dimensioned detail of the NE corner of Sahuara Ave. and 29th Street. Show existing streetlight pole in relation to curb access ramp.

6. Sheet 3: Show proposed cross slopes in the pedestrian crosswalk areas at the new roadways of the subdivision.

7. Sheet 3: Indicate that the depressed curb will be replaced with vertical curb between Sta. +/- 15+00 and 15+50, Lt 29th Street.

8. Sheet 6: The streetlight pole located at the NW corner of 29th St and Sonoita Ave will have to be located outside of the sidewalk.

9. Please Refer to redline plans for additional comments and comment details.
