RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: DTM Permit Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and recommends a conditional approval. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to submittal mylar plan set for review. Please email a PDF copy of the plan set for review and approval.

1. Provide placeholders for pedestrian access easements and roadway dedication recordation information.

2. Sheet 2: Revise note note 5 to indicate that AC will conform to PAG's Replacement Specification for Section 406 Asphaltic Concrete, dated December 12, 2019. The surface layer shall be a PG 76-22TR+ and a PG 70-10 for the underlying layers unless otherwise specified.
