This will apply to the total number of structures on the site that could be occupied. Requirements include a Permit Number, address of the structures, name and address of the owner or authorized agent, a site plan with a description and location of all structures to be included in the C of O, Building Code Edition, use of all structures and Occupancy Classification according to the IBC Chapter 3, Type of Construction according to the IBC Chapter 6, total design Occupant Load for all structures using the IBC Table 1004.5, if an automatic sprinkler system is provided on any structure, and any special stipulations or conditions of the C of O permit. It might be beneficial to obtain the services of a registered design professional to create a document with that information.
