Payment receipt AFTER REPLYING with the required documents, allow a few days for our staff to stamp the plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email notification. That email will include a webpage link to the approved stamped plans and a list of required inspections. To speak with a staff member on the telephone, please sign into the Virtual Zoning Counter: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/virtual-walk-thru. The queue is open from 8:00 am -12:00 noon, Monday-Friday. This is similar to the City’s in-person counter. The difference is after you sign up, we will give you a call. Thank you.
