A mobile home is not a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4). Per Unified Development Code Table 4.8-4 a mobile home is not allowed in the C-1 Zone. A Manufactured Home is allowed. Show the square footage of each of the following: Lot dwelling Total under roof area 2. Provide lot coverage (the area of the site occupied by buildings, storage areas and vehicular use areas) Total square footage of building area and vehicular use area proposed divided by the lot size. Provide the percentage of lot coverage. See lot coverage requirements: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. 3. Indicate the maximum structure height. 4. Provide the height of the exterior walls of the new building addition or structure measured from the average height to the highest point under the roof or to the top of the parapet wall.
