The proposed patio wall is over the maximum hieght permitted; Per UDC Section 6.6.2, the maximum hieght of a wall shall be 6' maximum. The wall/fence may be up to 10 feet so long as 75% of the area above 6 ft is unobstructed and open through architectural structures (columns, arches, or wrought iron)
