1. The proposed patio expansion constitutes an expansion of use area for the restaurant. A Development Package (site plan) submittal is required for all changes to a commercial site. Information on the Development Package can be found online: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/apply-permit#Development%20Package. The application is available here: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Development_Package_and_Land_Division-Subdivision_Application.pdf.
2. Once the Development Package has been reviewed and approved, the building plans may be approved by Zoning.
