Please address the two unpermitted structures on the north side of the property. Neither structure is on the plan and both appear to be close to the property line. They have been in existence for several years, but if they are encroaching into the 3' building code setback they will require residential review. Please provide more information about the function of the two structures, as it appears one of them has habitable space.
