12/08/2020 ROBERT SHERRY WATER REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Provide the civil drawings showing the installation of the water service to the buildings as noted in keynote 1, sheet P1.2. Development plans (i.e. the three sheets shown "FOR REFERENCE ONLY") are not for construction. They are also not the current development drawings: for example, the current development plans call for backwater valves for all of the buildings.
2. Clarify the size of the proposed water meter. The development plans call for a 2" meter while the plumbing plans call for a 1-1/2" meter.
3. Show the location of the reduced pressure backflow prevention assembly. Reduced pressure backflow prevention assemblies are required at the water meter for apartment buildings that have common laundry facilities.
