Please resubmit the plans conforming to the requirements of the residential plot plan found at the following link: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf a. A full site plan with all setbacks, elevation drawings, lot coverage calculations and other plot plan standards is required. 2. There is a site plan online for 1826 N. Nancy Rose Bl. for a permit that was started in 2018. That plan can be found by going to https://www.tucsonaz.gov/PRO/pdsd/ and by typing in the address. Go to the blue box at the bottom of the page that is labeled T18CM04530. Go all the way to the bottom of the page in the document called "CONSTRPLANS" and view the document. The applicant can then download the document and use it as a basis for their plans.
