COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review comments were addressed.

1. Provide a plot plan that meets minimum standards. An example plot plan with instructions can be found online: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf
2. Provide dimensioned elevations for all proposed structures on site to determine appropriate setbacks.
3. The minimum setback to the south is 6 ft or 2/3 the shed’s wall height, whichever is greater. A 4 ft setback is shown. A neighbor sign-off can be used to waive the required setback. Please paste the following text on the next submitted site plan with appropriate neighbors signature: “My Name is __________________ and I am the owner of the property located at ________________________. I have reviewed the site plan and I have no objection to structure being located or constructed ______ feet from the property line as depicted on the site plan. Signature: _____________________________ Date: _________________________________”. If you cannot get a waiver signed, meet the minimum setback as noted.
