Provide dimensioned elevations for all proposed structures on site to determine appropriate setbacks. 3. The minimum setback to the south is 6 ft or 2/3 the shed’s wall height, whichever is greater. A 4 ft setback is shown. A neighbor sign-off can be used to waive the required setback. Please paste the following text on the next submitted site plan with appropriate neighbors signature: “My Name is __________________ and I am the owner of the property located at ________________________. I have reviewed the site plan and I have no objection to structure being located or constructed ______ feet from the property line as depicted on the site plan.
