The construction on site has included an extension of the graded area. This property is located in the Hillside Development Zone overlay. Any new grading requires a Development Package – Grading Plan. See prior approved DP13-0225 online. This plan may be used as a base for a new DP: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pro/pdsd/permitdetail/DP13-0225/101211400. Areas restricted due to designation as natural preserved open space must be clearly delineated on plans. 2. The proposed pergola is not accurately reflected on the plans in the location of construction. Correct plan to accurately illustrate location of proposed structure. Additional information is needed to meet the standards of a residential plot plan: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. 3. Once the Development Package has been reviewed and approved, the building plans may be approved by Zoning. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
