Indicate the number of conductors and specify copper or aluminum for the electrical service riser conductors as requested in the previous plan review comments. Verify that the amp rating of the conductors is sufficient to carry the load as required per NEC art 220, 230.23, 310.15. Provide for gas pipe bonding to the GEC at the service if applicable. Is the hot water heater gas or electric? If electric, include in the electrical load calculations, If Gas, bond the gas piping per NEC 250 and indicate on the plan. Is the AIC ratings of the sub panels really 100K? Revise the electrical specs to the correct ratings and also indicate on the panel schedules. Show the main circuit breaker sizes in the electrical service equipment as requested in the previous plan review comments. Sub panel #319 load calculations and circuit breaker is not included in panel #1 schedule and as indicated per the note on the site plan. Provide Electrical Design and calculations performed by an Arizona Registrant who has demonstrated proficiency through registration, education, technical knowledge, or experience to perform such work.
