3. Are the sub panels being replaced? If so, indicate feeder conduit or cable sizes and types and provide a complete line diagram. Also show or indicate the locations of the sub panels.
4. If the new electrical service is being installed in a different location as the existing, then provide a site plan showing the proposed location.
5. Indicate the total Amp, AIC, Phase, Voltage ratings of the electrical service equipment on the plan. Include the main breaker sizes.
