Some of these sheets are missing from the List of Drawings; specifically, Sheets S5.7, P-006, and E-107; please update. {E-106 is also missing from the List of Drawings.} Sheet A-307 1. The currently approved permitted sheet has a Delta 2 dated 3/11/21, whereas the “revised” sheet has a Delta 1B dated 2/19/21. When comparing these sheets further, there is no discernable difference in the information contained. Please clarify. Sheet A-400 1. Sheets A-405 thru A-409 have been removed and replaced by Sheets A-405A thru A- 405C and A-406A thru A-406C. While reviewing the new hardware schedules on Sheets A-406A thru A-406C, they appear to align with the hardware within the Interior Door and Frame Schedule. For example, Hardware Set TI-9A within the Interior Door and Frame Schedule exists in the hardware schedules on Sheets A-406A thru A-406C. However, none of the nomenclature in the hardware sets on Sheets A-405A thru A-405C align with any of the door schedules. For example, where does Hardware Set S-02D occur in the door schedules? Please coordinate. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS Sheets S2.1 and S2.2 1. There are new foundation elements indicated on the foundation plans (i.e., what appears to be steel posts bearing on the slab and MHE column footings identified by Detail 20 on Sheet SD2), where are the calculations for these foundations? Do these foundations support raised equipment platforms? If so, where is the design for these raised equipment platforms? Are these raised equipment platforms to be added to this permit’s list of deferred submittals, or will they be part of some future tenant improvement? Please clarify.
