COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the plan and cannot approve at this time. Please address the following comments. COMMENT: After comparing the aerials to the plot plan it has come to my attention that there is a possible non-permitted porch addition on the North West portion of the house. After doing research on PRO there were no records for the porch addition that could be verified or found. If no permits are available relocate the solar panel away from the porch structure or a permit must be obtained for the porch addition.
