Part of the PV system, as shown on the submitted plans, is on an unpermitted part of the structure. The southeastern portion of the residence had a permit started in 2002, but was never issued. Zoning cannot approve the roof mounted solar plans until this issue is resolved. The applicant has the option to get the addition permitted or to alter the plans so the PV system is not on the unpermitted portion of the roof.
