Once you have a plan that meets the minimum requirements submit the development package at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp. The “Submission Type*” should be “Site Review: Pre-Submittals and Full Applications for Development Package or Land Division” I have requested that staff start a development package (DP) review based on the DP application and site plan provided with the building plan. Once the DP OK to submit has been started it will be denied for not having a DP that meets the minimum requirements.
