SECTIONS - DETAILS: Provide structural details showing code compliant materials and fasteners from the foundation to the roof covering of new exterior walls. Include the foundation dimensions and floor separation from grade. Show rating of insulation both walls and ceiling. New exterior walls require compliant attachment to a foundation with spacing above exterior grade. PLUMBING PLANS: Provide piping details showing code compliant materials and sizes. MECHANICAL PLANS: Provide equipment details showing code compliant components, locations and sizes. ELECTRICAL PLANS: Provide wiring details showing code compliant devices and sizes. Show circuit number and size with receptacles at all walls and lighting control at each doorway both interior and exterior. INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE: Provide insulation details showing code compliant placement of materials and ratings, N1101. Windows require a solar heat gain of 0.25 or better.
