| 04/11/2022 | SBLOOD1 | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Reqs Change | Troy, Concerning the building permit T20CM07536 - 1427 S Camino Arriba Based on new information provided another review is occurring and a revision to the permit is required. Findings from a site visit indicate that the structure built is not located per the approved plans. Field measurements show that the building is located approximately 20' north of what was indicated on the plans and encroaching into the floodplain. More grading has been done than originally proposed and the existing drainage ditch across the property has been filled in. Also, there is an 18" culvert running under S Camino Arriba that should be discharging out around the front of the house that is completely buried. The following will be required in order to process this revision: 1. A revised set of building plans showing the as-built location of the building. 2. A separate grading permit applied for and submitted showing the as-built grading. 3. A floodplain use permit will be required including an elevation certificate that shows the adjacent grades and finished floor elevations. 4. Written documentation from the Department of Transportation and Mobility showing that the culvert has been abandoned or can be abandoned, along with plans to close off the open end.
