Residential changes to a site require a residential plot plan. Follow the guidelines from this link to show the changes being made on the parcel: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf A. On the plan, provide the zoning classification of the property, which is R-3. B. Provide the lot coverage calculations. To do this, add any additional square footage that is being added to the property to the square footage of any existing structures and calculate the percentage of the lot that is covered. Vehicle use areas (driveways) count toward the lot coverage. C. Show the distance of all structures from the property line. D. Show elevation (height) drawings to ensure zoning requirements are met.
