Redesign or b. obtain approved DDO. b. The following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO) (UDC 3.11.1). This site is located in the SR zone (UDC 4.7.6). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-3). The minimum setback is twenty-five (25) feet facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-1.A). The proposed setback is twenty-two (22) feet facing the north property line. Since buildings are all attached to principal structure, the buildings can run on one (1) permit, if desired request withdrawal of one permit. Currently, separated into two (2) permits.
