01. COMMENT: The calculations show the main house (1,085-sf), carport (295-sf), and the new porch (60-sf) add up to 1,440-sf. The main house does not appear to add up to 1,650-sf. Clarify the size of the primary structure. If the primary structure is 1,440-sf , the proposed accessory structure will exceed 50% the size of the primary structure.


02. COMMENT: The location of the new porch is not notated on the plan. Provide the porch location on the next submittal.
