This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment revisions. SCOPE OF REVIEW: The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. PROVIDE A COMPLETE PLAN SET showing all proposed alterations and additions. Use the Residential Plan Requirements & Checklist at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/residential-permits Sample plans are available on request. PDSD-Residential@tucsonaz.gov SITE PLAN: Provide a site plan showing all buildings, R106.1.1. Show setbacks to property lines and location of utility lines to the building. FLOOR PLAN: Provide a floor plan showing each room with labeled function. Show a scale plan ¼” = 1’ for the altered room. PLUMBING PLANS: Provide piping details showing code compliant materials and sizes. Show the location of a 3” bathroom drain connection to an existing 3” drain. Show the vent through roof location. MECHANICAL PLANS: Provide equipment details showing code compliant components, locations and sizes. Any changes to supply air ducts. ELECTRICAL PLANS: Provide wiring details showing code compliant devices and sizes. Show circuit number and size with receptacles at all walls and lighting control at each doorway both interior and exterior. Show a 20 AMP dedicated circuit the proposed bathroom, separate from the clothes washer circuit.
