This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.10). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2).

1. Revise the maximum lot coverage to show 70%, see UDC TABLE 6.3-2.A: DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS FOR THE R-1, R-2, R-3, MH-1, & MH-2 ZONE.S

Perimeter yard setbacks are based on the highest point of the wall measured to design grade, see UDC Article 6.4.5.B.1 and Figure 6.4.5-A.
2. Based on Model Plan T20-M0019 sheet 2 the rear elevation shows 13'-6" to the top of the roof peak. Based on a wall height of 13'-0" the required perimeter yard setback to the south property lines 8'-8", proposed setback is 7'-0". A Design Development Option (DDO) will need to be processed and approved prior to approval of this plan.
