COMMENT: The description of the project as provided by applicant on the permit application states ramada for playground area. It does not appear that there is a playground proposed on the Development Package, DP20-0080. The construction drawings also do not appear to show a ramada proposed over a playground. Address this comment if no ramada is proposed over a playground by stating so in the response comments. If a playground with ramada is shown on the development package and the construction drawings state then the sheet numbers for each. If a playground with ramada is proposed at the site a revised development package is required prior to approval of the building plans. 2. COMMENT: DP20-0080 depicts building #16 (maintenance bldg.) as 960 sq.ft. with a building height of 14 feet. The building plans show bldg. # 16 as 985 sq. ft with a building height of 16 feet. The building plans needed to be amended to reflect the development package, the square footage and the height may be less than shown on the development package, but not greater. In the alternative the development package may be revised to reflect the larger and taller proposed bldg. # 16. 3. COMMENT: DP20-0080 depicts building #17 (clubhouse) as 7,108sq.ft. with a building height of 29 feet. The building plans show bldg. # 17 as 7,115sq.ft. with a building height of 32 feet. The building plans needed to be amended to reflect the development package. The square footage and the height may be less than shown on the development package, but not greater. In the alternative the development package may be revised to reflect the larger and taller proposed bldg. # 17. Note Sheet A.03 in the Clubhouse Project Data Table, the height is shown at 22’11” and the General Building Summary on Sheet TS1.0 indicates the height at 32’4”.
