Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve them at this time. The proposed remodel indicates a small wet bar area. It is unclear if a full kitchen is proposed. 2. If the area of work is planned to function as a sleeping quarters, please revise the plan to indicate an “under-the-counter” refrigerator. 3. The zoning and size of this property would support two dwelling units. If the area of work is planned as a full dwelling unit, please clarify on the next submittal. Please note, different building code standards may apply and impact fees will be due. 4. Resubmit revised plans which illustrate the proposed changes.
