02. COMMENT: The required setback on the north side of the property is 21’ or the height of the structure measure from the back of the future curb location. Provide this dimension on the next submittal.


03. COMMENT: The required setback on the west side of the property is 21’ or the height of the structure measured from the nearest edge of travel. Provide this dimension on the next submittal.
