This comment was not fully addressed, provide street setback dimensions from the existing house to the street property lines and from the animal enclosures to the street property lines. Provide setback dimensions for all structures on site to the applicable property lines. Once provided the front and side street can be verified. If the existing house does not meet a minimum street perimeter yard of 20’-0” to the street property line along Water Street, Edith Blvd will be considered the front street and all the accessory structure will be considered to be located within the front yard and is not allowed per UDC Article 6.6.3.B. 2. This comment was not addressed correctly. The south and west street property lines are 15’ from the face of curb, not 15’6” as shown on the plan. Provide a dimension from the center line of Water St and Edith Bl to the face of curb and a dimension from the face of curb to the street property line. The dimension for both streets from center line to the face of curb is 15’ and from face of curb to property is 15’. 3. Per Tucson Code Section 4-57 Proximity of coop or place kept to dwellings. Except as otherwise provided, it shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain, within fifty (50) feet of the dwelling house of any other person within the city, any coop, house, shed or other structure, or yard, corral or enclosure for housing, keeping or caring for any pigeons or fowl of any kind. Demonstrate on the plan that the cockatiel avery is not within the 50’ setback to the homes to the north and east. 4. Clearly show the perimeter fence on the plan. 5. Per UDC Article 6.6.5.E.3 then maximum number of animal units is 24 for this parcel, each chicken counts as one (1) animal unit and each duck counts as two (2) animal units. Provide a note on the plan stating how many chickens and ducks you are proposing and the total number of animal units. No male fowl are allowed on site.
