This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). 1. Provide setback dimensions for all structures on site to the applicable property lines. Once provided the front and side street can be verified. 2. Per Unified Development Code (UDC) TABLE 6.3-2.A: DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS FOR THE R-1, R-2, R-3, MH-1, & MH-2 ZONES, R-1 zone the minimum perimeter yard setback for the north property line is 6' or 2/3 the height of the exterior wall, greater of the two. That said the four (4) sheds shown along the north property are required to meet the 6' setback or a neighbor sign off is required. If you elect to use the neighbor signoff provide the following on the plot plan and have your neighbor sign and date: "My Name is __________________and I am the owner of the property located at . I have reviewed the site plan and I have no objection to structure being located or constructed 3'-0" from the property line as depicted on the site plan. 3. Provide a dimension from the center line of Water St and Edith Bl to the face of curb and a dimension from the face of curb to the street property line. The dimension for both streets from center line to the face of curb is 15' and from face of curb to property is 15'. 4. Show the entire property on the plan with dimensions for all property lines. 5.
