The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section and as you are proposing a shade structure per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c a development package (DP) is required. This DP is required to meet the requirements of the checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites. You can find this checklist at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf 2. Clarify how many students are enrolled at this daycare as the number of students determines the required perimeter yard setback to the north property line. If maximum is 30 the required setback to the north property line is 10' or ¾ the height.
