However, details on sheet A10.1 show 2 ½" of rigid insulation only for exterior walls. Prescriptively, Table C402.1.3 of the 2018 IECC requires R-13 cavity insulation plus R-6.5 continuous insulation. Please coordinate the information in these drawings. 3. That note on sheet G3.1 also specifies R-30 batt insulation for the roof. However, details on sheet A10.1 show what appears to be rigid insulation with a note to match the existing shop building roofing system. Please coordinate the information in the Specification with the building details. 4. Per Deferred Submittals note on sheet S0.1, please have the structural engineer review the metal building drawings and calculations and place his review seal on them. 5. Submit Varco Pruden metal building structural calculations that are not secured so that the City of Tucson approval stamp can be applied and file flattened. |
