This site is located in the HO-3 zone (UDC 4.7.15).

1. Provide the zoning for the surrounding parcels on the site plan.

2. Provide a dimension from the center lines of Convent Ave & 17th St to the face of curb and a dimension from the face of curb to the street property line.

3. Provide a lot coverage calculation on the plan.

4. Provide a legal description on the plan.

5. The property line dimensions shown for the property line to the north of the "POOL CABANA" is not correct and should be 24.37'. Provide property distances for all property lines on the plan.

6. Per UDC Table 6.3-3.A: DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS FOR THE O-1, O-2, & O-3 ZONES, O-3 zone, the required perimeter yard setback for a residential use to a non-residential zone for a interior lot line is 10'-0" or ¾ the height of the exterior building wall, greater of the two. Based on a wall height of 13'-0" the required perimeter yard setback from the Pool Cabana to the west property line is 10'-0", proposed perimeter yard setback is 7'-7".
